Proptia Community Access Software

The Bearpath HOA implemented the Proptia Community Access Software in August 2026.  The Proptia system provides increased control of Community access for Residents, Members and Vendors.   The Proptia system is managed and supported by EdinAlarm

Anticipated community and resident benefits are:

• Efficient entrance of resident guests through use of vehicle tag readers and QR codes
• Better utilization of security staff, focusing on actual security tasks vs. administrative work
• Permanent guest list maintained by residents via the website
• Push notifications for the arrival of your guest to your phone
• Efficient controlled entry for golf member guests
• Efficient controlled entry for Club house event participants
• And much, much more

Below are the Resident account setup and login steps:

1.  Each Bearpath Home Owner has their own account within Proptia – choose to use both accounts or only one
2. Set up your account using the email used by Sharper Management Company for HOA communications
3. Download mobile app – access link https://www.proptia.com/support-resources

 Bearpath Home Owners – 

      Please add vehicles and license plates in your account – attach your tag #                                     (i.e.-credential):

1. Vehicle Tags will allow entrance into the Community – a small number of tags did not transfer during data conversion 
2. After the system has been used for several months, tag entrance will be limited to vehicles “living” in the Community
3. Vehicle tags for “outside” Community vehicles will be deactivated - Guest Passes will be used for Community access 
4. New tags can be purchased for new Owners and new Vehicles at the Gate House  

1. 1 Day Guest Pass  - Allows access to the Community for 24 hours from the time of Pass creation 
2. 6 Month Guest Pass - Allows access to the Community for 6 months from the time of Pass creation  

• Resident will be notified 30 days prior to expiration and 7 days prior to expiration via account email 
• 6 Month Guest Pass can be renewed  

1. Hourly Vendor Pass - Pass is to be used for Uber, Door Dash, Walmart Deliveries and any other delivery, “gig” economy drivers 
2. 10 Day Vendor Pass - Allows access to the Community for 10 days for short term projects 
3. 6 Month Vendor Pass - Allows vendors access to the Community for 6 months for longer term projects •Resident will be notified 30 days prior to expiration and 7 days prior to expiration via account email
