Townhome Neighborhood
The Townhome Village within the Bearpath Community is made up of custom built single-family. The Townhome Village is located in the maintenance-free area of the Community and each Townhome enjoys an expansive view of the Jack Nicklaus designed Bearpath Golf Course.
The maintenance-free living within the Townhome Village includes:
- Painting/Staining of the following Building Elements:
1. Exterior walls and trim
2. Doors and door frames
3. Soffits and fascia boards
4. Garage doors
- Landscape maintenance services include:
1. Mowing, trimming and blowing including spring and fall clean-up
2. Turf fertilization/herbicide
3. Shrub and tree trimming
4. Other turf care as determined by the HOA Board
- Snow removal includes the following areas:
1. Driveways
2. Front sidewalks
- Gatehouse controlled access
- Security staff services
Any item of maintenance, repair or replacement not listed above shall be excluded from the services provided by the Bearpath HOA. For more information, click here.
