The Single Family Village within Bearpath is comprised of custom single-family homes built on tree lined boulevards, intermingled by the Jack Nicklaus Designed Bearpath Golf Course.  As with all Villages within the Bearpath Community, the single-family homes are built with the neighborhood and family at the forefront of their design.   Enjoy bike rides within the Community or walks along our tree lined streets or picnics at nearby Lake Riley.  The Bearpath Community offers a truly unique location in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.
