Golf Villa Village

The Golf Villa Village within the Bearpath Community is made up of custom built single family homes.  The Golf Villa Village is located in the maintenance-free area of the Community and enjoys expansive views of the Jack Nicklaus designed Bearpath Golf Course. 

The maintenance-free living within the Golf Villa Village includes:

• Landscape maintenance services including:

                       1. Mowing, trimming and blowing including spring and fall clean-up

                       2. Turf fertilization/herbicide

                       3. Shrub and tree trimming

                       4. Other turf care as determined by the HOA Board

• Snow removal includes the following areas:

                       1. Driveways

                       2. Front sidewalks

• Gatehouse controlled access 
• Security staff services

Any item of maintenance, repair or replacement not listed above shall be excluded from the services provided by the Bearpath HOA.  For more information, click here.
