GateAccess.Net System

The GateAccess.Net community management system was developed by Applications by Design, Inc. (ABDI) over 25 years ago and is used by over 900 communities throughout the USA.   The Communities served by ABDI's systems range in size from a few homes to 18,000 residents and one gate to 30 gate locations.  

Anticipated community and resident benefits are:

• Efficient entrance of resident guests through use of the GateAccess.Net website
• Better utilization of security staff, focusing on actual security tasks vs. administrative work
• Permanent guest list maintained by residents via the website
• Push notifications for the arrival of your guest to your phone
• Efficient controlled entry for golf member guests
• Efficient controlled entry for Club house event participants

Below are the resident login steps:

1. ABDI will create 1 GateAcess.Net Account per household
2. Resident information will be set up in GateAccess.Net for initial access
3. Household log in information will be communicated to individual households
4. Households will log into GateAccess.Net and set up member information
5. Residents can begin using the benefits of GateAccess.Net

Implementation of the new access software will require all residents to provide Sharper Management with updated contact information for your household. Please take a minute to complete the information document below and return it to Sharper Management or the Gatehouse.

Once obtained, your contact information will be used to establish your private household account within the access system. Your private account will then allow you to establish permanent guest lists, vendor lists, and schedule daily visitors with the gatehouse using the mobile app or a computer.
