Roadway Usage

Bearpath roadways are for the use of all residents, guests of residents, golf and country club staff and patrons and other individuals who have legitimate purposes for using the Bearpath roadways,
The Bearpath roadways are prohibited for use by any motorized vehicle that is not licensed by the State of Minnesota to operate on the public roadways of the city, county or state.
The only exception to this prohibition is the operation of a golf cart, only if operated by an individual with a valid driver's license.
